That's great but unfortunately cannot afford a new vehicle. So have to make out with used older cars 🙁

Driver education needs to be pushed rather than all the nanny tech.

so that leaves 19% of the fatalities for 1985 to 2012 model-year vehicles…I would like to see the year-by-year breakdown, since the model-year groupings in this study imply that vehicles became "less safe" with the 2013's! LOL

before anyone explains that this has more to do with the actual numbers of each model-year vehicle still on the road, I understand that…thanks =)

Most people on the road today don't belong on the road. Just look on social media and you see idiots everyday driving while on their phone.

Air bags first came out in the 1990s. Today's cars are designed to do well in crash as they have to pass tough crash tests. In 2017, Toyota added Safety Sense package standard on all trim levels of the Corolla. As new technology comes out, cars are getting safer. However, we should not just relay on technology alone and need to drive safely.
