Belkin rotary suction phone holder is epic and is the only phone holder I would ever use rock solid holding capability and beautiful build quality. Tbh I can't stand air vent holders 😉 sorry mate but I prefer ventilation from vents 😉 cheers

I have a very similar-looking air vent holder from Baseus. Feels very sturdy and heavy as well. No rattles, holds the phone steady. I actually like that the phone acts as a diffuser for the air vent so I don't have to have a jetstream of cold air in my face 🙂 By the way, sometimes I think the HVAC system is very slow to react to changes in cabin temperature in the auto setting. Say I have it set to 20 and it's 18 degrees outside. As I drive in the shade, it's on heat and low fan. If I then enter the sun, the cabin becomes really uncomfortably hot before it switches to AC and cranks the fan speed up. Have you had any such experiences? I have to override the system all the time it feels like.

Hi James, as always a great video. Just one question : if the magnets are as strong as they appear to be, do they affect the working of the phone in any way? Magnet fields and electronics don't always play well together.

That's another gadget added to my Amazon wish list. Thanks for the recommendation.

Was actually looking for something like this. Currently on discount at Amazon for £12.99 – no brainer – boom sold! Many thanks for the great review!

Excellent salesman. Bought one for myself. Good to hear that the Nissan Leaf 40kWh does have battery cooling using the HVAC (4:20). 🙂
